I zoo been using the zoom app client for years and the mic last worked on last Thursday. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom using the clean zoom tool. I have been on chat with zoo, every day since Last Sunday only to have them have me repeat the same tests. I'm baffled!! I have no idea what could have happened and I need this for work.

The one that fixed it was the one where it said to wokring for optional updates Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
